Under the Tennis Signup menu (to Reserve Court Time) you’ll now see a submenu listing the different tennis activities. Please select the desired activity – each has its own dedicated page – and click on Show Available times. The calendar on each page shows the time slots available for booking. Click on the desired time slot and fill out the form. You then see a confirmation pop-up message.
Email Confirmations – the reservation form includes a field for an email address. An email confirmation will be sent to that address. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the message in your inbox.
Cancelling a Session – once you have scheduled times, the tennis signup pages will display a “My Bookings” section below the calendar. Check the “cancel” box next to a time slot to cancel that booking.
Booking Limitations – the limit is now set at 2 court times per calendar week. This limit is based on your sign ups for courts only; it does not include Junior Tennis sign ups (which have no limitations).
Jr. Tennis Schedule – the scheduled times for Junior Tennis on Tuesdays is different from the times on Friday. This meshes better with the Junior Sailing Schedule.
As we work to make the site as user friendly as possible, we’re sure there will be other areas that need improvement. Email tennis committee with your additional thoughts on these and we’ll work on those concerns as well.
